Write to us

Email support@tippinpoint.org. If you can log in, the quickest way is in the app: tap the Tippin’ Point logo on Home, then Contact us (or Feedback for ideas and problems).

Can’t log in?

On the log-in screen, tap Forgot password? to get a code by email. Lost access to your authenticator app (two-step verification)? Write to us from the email on your account.

Delete your account

In the app: Settings → Delete account. What’s yours is deleted with it (see the Privacy Policy). If you can’t log in, write to us from the email on your account and we’ll do it for you.

Report something

Open the call or profile and tap Report. Moderators review every report. For anything urgent or unsafe, contact local authorities first.
